Privacy notice
We collect information from you only when you submit a quote request. We use it to respond to your inquiry and schedule your site visit. We do not share your information with third parties, and we keep it only as long as needed.
What we collect
When you submit a quote request on our site, we collect:
- Your name and phone number
- Your email address
- Your property address
- Your message describing the work you need
We also automatically record your IP address and the date and time you submitted the form.
Why we collect it
We use your information to respond to your quote request, schedule a site visit, and follow up about your roofing needs. We may also use it to contact you if we have questions about your project.
How we store it
Your form submission is stored on a secure server. We do not sell, trade, or share your information with third parties. We retain your submission for 12 months after you contact us, then delete it. If we enter into a contract with you, we retain records for 7 years as required by tax law and our insurance.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not currently load any analytics or tracking scripts, and it does not set cookies. If we add privacy-first analytics later (we plan to use Plausible, which sets no cookies and collects no personal data), we will update this notice and the date below before the script goes live.
Your rights under PIPEDA
Under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Withdraw your consent to future contact

Marketing emails and CASL
Our quote form does not opt you into marketing emails by default. We only follow up about the quote you sent us. If we ever add a separate subscription option, we’ll add a clearly-worded checkbox here and explain how to unsubscribe.
Third-party services
Our site uses the following third-party services:
- Form processor: quote requests are processed by Formspree. Review their privacy policy before submitting.
- Google Maps: we link to Google Maps to show our service area. Google may collect your IP address when you follow the link. Review Google’s privacy policy.
- Fonts: we self-host our typefaces, so no third-party font services collect your data.
